The ground level entrance leads into an open plan deluxe gourmet kitchen and living area. On the right is a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, including a large cooking island, fitted microwave, double oven and seating area. To the left is a generously sized living area with a flat screen TV, satellite channels, internet and mobile WIFI sound system.

The villa houses six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The stunning master bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed and a sofa. The second bedroom features two twin beds that can be combined together. The third bedroom is also fitted with a king-sized bed. All three bedrooms are in the upper level while the other three are in the lower ground floor with two bedrooms having a king-sized bed and the other with a bunk bed. Villa Jaliza also features an open plan game room, complete with pool table and mini fridge. Every room on each floor opens out onto a joint balcony offering magnificent sea views.

The infinity swimming pool is chlorine free using latest ionizing technologies. The pool is equipped with 4 jacuzzi jets and the adjacent sala is surrounded by water canals set with lighting that illuminates the Buddha's head bringing a deep feeling of tranquility to anyone in her shadow.
