Villa Faa Sang

Villa Faa Sang is a newly built 4-bedroom pool villa located in the hills above Chaweng Noi beach with amazing sea views. It’s one of three brand new luxury villas, along with villas Roong Arun and Yam Chao, within the Verano Residence Estate

Each of the villas are architecturally very modern with truly stunning panoramic views from each room. But each is unique in its décor, furnishings, fittings and finishing touches. Each villa has been modelled by the renowned and highly respected interior design team at Oriental Living, one of Thailand’s most prestigious design companies.

Each of the four en-suite bedrooms, a master suite with a four-poster bed, two further doubles and a twin, are on the topmost floor. And each bedroom is spacious with cool tiled flooring and plenty of natural light streaming in throughout the day. All the rooms have air-conditioning, a large screen smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, more than enough storage space for clothing, subdued bedside lamps and a safety deposit box.

And each bedroom has a balcony with a table and chairs allowing wonderful elevated views of the ocean, Chaweng beach and lake and the mountains and coconut plantations around the estate. Waking up and throwing open the curtains to this incredible vista will be something you’ll look forward to each day. As will watching the sun rise above the ocean each morning. All of the en-suite bathrooms have power-showers, toilet, sink and a large mirror and the master suite also has a double-sink and a generous bathtub to soak in.

Down the wide, open, brightly lit staircase you’ll find the open-plan living area, dining room and kitchen. With floor-to-ceiling windows the natural light pours in and also allows fabulous views of the ocean from every corner. On one side there are two large sofas with lots of cushions and a smart TV that everyone can gather around in the evening. In addition there are Bluetooth enabled speakers that can be used indoors and outdoors to play your favourite musical choices. In the centre of the room there is a pool table and offset from it is a downstairs WC and storage space for luggage.

On the left hand side of the lower level is a beautiful indoor dining table and a modern, European kitchen. It has a sizeable fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave/grill, a further combination oven, sink and a four-ring hob with extractor. There’s also a coffee machine, glassware, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and ample work space for your private chef.

Not only does the open-plan lower level give fabulous views it also leads directly onto the infinity pool and terrace area. The pool includes a Jacuzzi and on the spacious terrace there are sunbeds, comfortable seating, a BBQ, an outdoor shower and plenty of shade..

There is a shared gym for the three villas located adjacent the middle villa, Roong Arun, and each villa has its own key for private access whenever you wish. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows the gym also has perfect views over the ocean. It’s equipped with a treadmill, an Impulse bicycle, an adjustable bench, dumbbells, a yoga mat and an Escape gym ball and it’s fully air-conditioned.

The villa is just 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the long expanse of the golden beaches of Lamai and Chaweng and just a few minutes to the closest beach and beachside restaurants at Chaweng Noi Beach. Verano Residence estate has a private access road, a gated entrance with 24 hour security, CCTV cameras, landscaped gardens, abundant parking and a fibre-optic internet connection.
