Located at the Intercontinental Hotel, Baan Hansa is a lovely villa in Baan Taling Ngam. This is a lavish 5 bedroom villa that showcases amazing views of the Five Islands. The ideal place to watch golden island sunsets, this is the ultimate 5 star haven in Koh Samui. Because of its huge amount of space, it is a great option for a family holiday or a vacation with friends. Since it is housed within the hotel grounds, you have access to excellent facilities and great service all throughout your stay, while maintaining your privacy.

The villa is neatly tucked in a nice beautiful tropical garden. Upon check in, you will be led by the staff to this lovely secluded retreat. The entrance to the villa leads to a spacious open plan living area. This space features white washed walls and extra high ceilings decorated with skylights to ensure that there is plenty of daylight in the interiors. This part of Baan Hansa also has the dining area as well as the kitchen.

The main lounge features two seating areas and an elegant coffee table. The floor features hessian rugs and an entertainment system is provided for guests to enjoy. This consists of a flat panel TV, a satellite TV and a DVD player.

The dining area is very stylish and features an ebony dining table and matching white chairs. There are enough chairs for 6 people. Nearby is the breakfast bar with a cooking hob and a modern coffee maker. The kitchen also has an electric oven, a microwave, spacious cupboards, and dinnerware. Kitchen gadgets and utensils are also available.

The villa has a wooden veranda that can be reached through accordion inspired patio doors. This area has breathtaking views of the Five Islands and features a comfortable seating area. It also has an outdoor dining table that is big enough for 6 diners. Comfortable recliners are placed here as well for added comfort. A smaller veranda goes all the way back to the kitchen and leads to a BBQ equipment.

Using the staircase located at the back of the lounge area, one can access the lower floor. This part houses a library as well as another seating area. Nearby are two stylish bedrooms. The one on the right features a King size bed, a modern TV, a DVD player and an en suite bath. The other bedroom has twin beds, huge closets, and an impressive black granite bathroom. The bedrooms offer amazing views, thanks to their supersized windows.

The lower level of Baan Hansa features a sand washed veranda that is a relaxing spot where guests can enjoy amazing views. This floor also has two more well appointed bedrooms. These are both double bedrooms with stunning views of the ocean. They feature spacious closets and well designed en suite baths. The interconnecting door makes these rooms perfect for a family, especially those with little kids.

The last bedroom showcases a comfortable atmosphere and has two twin beds. Gorgeous hillside views add a special touch. Of course, this room has a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and enough closet space. A set of stairs leads to a children’s den, which can accommodate up to 3 kids.

Because it is housed within the InterContinental Hotel, guests have access to the all the amenities and facilities that the hotel has to offer.
