Starters and Salads
A perfect way to start your meal or if you just want something light, Nikki Beach’s appetizers and salads are highly varied and will tickle your discerning taste buds. The marbella shrimp pil pil is worth a shot. These are shrimps sauteed in Spanish olive oil, white wine, garlic, chili, and cherry tomatoes. It is a yummy dish and an impressive starter. We also loved the slow cooked pork ribs. These are unbelievably tender and tasty, with a special barbecue sauce and country style coleslaw. Their tiger shrimp tacos are great too, as well as the Los Cabos chicken quesadilla. For those who would like to get the best appetizers from the house in one dish, we recommend that you go for the Nikki Beach Signature Plate. This has the calamari fritti, spring rolls, tiger shrimp tacos, and Greek cucumber gazpacho.
Their salads are delicious too–light yet satisfying. The Porto Heli greek salad is a colorful mix of tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, olives, red onion, feta cheese, caper berries and fresh oregano. The lemon olive oil dressing gives it a true Mediterranean touch. This is served with crispy pita chips. The Koh Samui Thai beef salad, with its tender beef fillet skewers, greens, pomelo, cashews, and basil leaves, is another popular salad at this club.
Nikki Beach will delight you with their tasty entrees. If you dine here be sure to try their marinated Asian tuna steak. This is beautifully cooked tuna served with Asian veggies and udon noodles. It has a nice truffle ponzu and citrus glaze. It is simply wonderful. If you are craving for steak, their black Angus beef tenderloin is a nice meat choice that will surely stop your cravings at their tracks. This is served with pan roasted wild mushrooms, potato wedges, and a tangy spicy salsa verde. Another knockout entree that is simply sensational is the Ras El Hanout spiced lamb cutlets. These are excellent and are served with tabbouleh, tzatziki, pita bread and hummus.
Raw Bar & Sushi
The raw bar is the Nikki Beach’s pride and joy. The most premium and high quality edible stuff can be found here and they are flavorful, naturally good, and beautifully served in their raw glory. Their fine de Claire oysters are the bomb. They taste just like the sea and because they are fresh, their texture and appearance will make any oyster fan swoon. The sesame seared ahi tuna tataki is another stunner. Imagine rare tuna served over wakame salad and a special eel sauce and wasabi pesto. Tasting it is pure Bliss if you love ahi tuna. Nikki Beach also serves the best sashimi and nigiri.
Japanese food lovers will get a kick out of the bar’s selection of sushi. Be sure to try the crazy eel roll. This consists of grilled eel, crab meat, avocado, mango, and eel sauce. It is a winner! We also enjoyed the popular St. Tropez fantasy roll. This features shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. The St. Barth salmon roll that features fresh and smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, green onions, and cream cheese feels like a party in the mouth. It is a really great sushi.

If you are pretty famished and you need something more substantial, go for their sandwiches and wraps. A standout is the rib eye steak sandwich. This has really good rib eye steak, sauteed onions, provolone cheese and dijonnaise sauce. It is served with fries. Their barbecue pulled pork will also blow your mind. This comes with apple coleslaw, fries, and barbecue sauce.
The grilled seafood feast for 2 to 3 people is highly recommended. This set includes Canadian lobster, fresh catch of the day, 4 tiger prawns, mussels, crab legs, grilled veggies, jasmine rice, French fries, salad, and a variety of sauces and condiments.
